What is your message to a youth lacrosse player that is reading this? I think the best advice I can give is to never be satisfied with the level you’re at. You should acknowledge the hard work that it has taken you to get to where you are and appreciate the players and coaches who have helped you along the way, but always try to progress your skills, your strength and your speed. It doesn’t have to be a big change, but even learning a new move is an important step to becoming the best player you can be!
